What we collect
- Page opens and clicks on individual links, with date and time.
- Approximate country, region and city, derived from your IP address.
- Device type, operating system and browser.
- Referring source and the campaign parameter of the QR code used, if any.
- A technical browser identifier (a first-party cookie plus a browser fingerprint) used only to distinguish new visitors from returning ones.
Your IP address is never stored in clear text: only a non-reversible, salted hash of it is kept.
Cookies
We use two first-party technical cookies: one to recognise returning visitors and one to attribute clicks to a browsing session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not share data with third parties for marketing.
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data for the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in producing aggregate statistics on interest in the Forum and its links. No automated decision-making or profiling of individuals is performed.
Retention and hosting
Data is stored on a server located in the European Union and retained only as long as necessary for the statistical purpose described above.
Your rights
You may request access to, or erasure of, your data, and object to its processing, by contacting the controller at info@italkazak.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
